All you need is right on your doorstep, with easy access to public transport, sight seeing tours and boat trips from the Barbican, 5 mins walk to The BOX.

2020 begins a year-long commemoration to mark the 400th anniversary of the historic voyage of the Mayflower ship from the UK to the 'New World' of America - an exciting time for a great city.

The space
Immaculate Plymouth penthouse apartment with sea views. This 4 double bedroomed spacious apartment is not to be missed and comes with private gated parking , 2 car parking spaces ( 2 parking permits are allocated on check in and must be returned on exit for our next guests).Designed to high specification with a real homely feel , you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated here. We offer all home from home benefits and is fully tailored for children , with high chair , stair gates ( pull out ) and cupboard locks for child security and safety .

Guest access
Guest can experience the whole apartment in private. Secure gated parking is an added bonus with key fob entrance. 2 car parking permits are allocated on check in day , and must be returned on check out. Please do not write on them however please ensure you display them on your car dashboard as we are patrolled daily by PPS.

Other things to note
Please note we are not a daily serviced apartment, as we have had some guests from outside of Europe expecting a daily clean, we are a self contained flat , self catering, and the apartment clean is prior to guest arrival and after check out unless the stay is longer than 12 days , we then offer a mid stay clean if requested, however we are mindful some guests do not like to be interrupted during their stay.

Guests with symptoms

Guests showing signs of Covid-19 whilst staying at any of our properties are required to go for a test at the nearest mobile station. The results of this test must be shown to the Owner (Louise Uncles). If positive then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at any of our properties, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
