Wonderfully positioned City Centre apartment with amazing views of Plymouth Sound, Secure gated parking, short walk into the City Centre, Marina, Barbican, The BOX, The Barcode, Plymouth University and Hoe Promenade. North is Dartmoor National Park popular with cyclist and walkers. South the Barbican and Plymouth Sound where Sir Francis Drake and Pilgrim Fathers set sail. East is Salcombe and Dartmouth, wonderful yachting venues. West is Cornwall, home of Poldark, Land’s End the Eden Project.
The space
This 3 bedroom penthouse spacious apartment is centrally located, with easy access to public transport if required, and in walking distance from Plymouth Train station and our new Coach station.
Guest access
Entry by fob and keycode box. Self check in on arrival.
Please note we are not a daily serviced apartment, as we have had some guests from outside of Europe expecting a daily clean, we are a self contained flat , self catering, and the apartment clean is prior to guest arrival and after check out unless the stay is longer than 12 days , we then offer a mid term clean if requested.
Other things to note
We have a nespresso coffee machine, however we do not provide the capsules. Please feel free to bring some nespresso capsules with you :)

Guests showing signs of Covid-19 whilst staying at any of our properties are required to go for a test at the nearest mobile station. The results of this test must be shown to the Owner (Louise Uncles). If positive then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at any of our properties, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
