This newly refurbished and beautiful penthouse is situated in the Old Sutton High School for Boys building. A listed building converted into 38 apartments in 2004.
We are 5 mins walk away from The BOX and Plymouth University.
The master bedroom on the 3rd floor has an ensuite with shower and jacuzzi bath and the 2 double bedrooms on the 2nd floor share one family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped , breakfast bar, nespresso machine, lounge and dining area.
A home from home experience.

The space
This apartment is large bright and airy and will offer a home from home experience. It is on 3 levels . You enter through a large entrance hall with wide opening doors to the large lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Up onto the next level hosts a family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower within, a mezzanine double bedroom and another bedroom with zip and link kingsize bed which can also be made into 2 single beds on request.
2 flights of stairs further to the master ensuite bedroom which also hosts a jacuzzi bath and shower within . There is also a sofa bed here which bedding can be provided on request along with a travel cot if required.
Family friendly apartment with games and wifi provided , TV and sound bar, fully equipped kitchen and lounge.

Other things to note
The apartment comes with secure gated parking that is monitored daily by PPS which is a parking control company. Car park passes are provided and must be displayed on your car dashboard else PPS will fine you and i have no control over this . Please return your passes in the lockbox on your check out day. There is a lift from the ground floor to the 2nd floor where the apartment is situated.

Guests with symptoms

Guests showing signs of Covid-19 whilst staying at any of our properties are required to go for a test at the nearest mobile station. The results of this test must be shown to the Owner (Louise Uncles). If positive then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at any of our properties, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
