We’re committed to Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed in partnership with experts in health and hospitality. Here’s what we do to clean and sanitise our space:

  We wear protective equipment, like masks and gloves, while cleaning

  ‍We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

• Every surface sanitised
  All high-touch surfaces have been sanitised, such as doorknobs, cabinets and light switches

Guests with symptoms

Guests showing signs of Covid-19 whilst staying at any of our properties are required to go for a test at the nearest mobile station. The results of this test must be shown to the Owner (Louise Uncles). If positive then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at any of our properties, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.

Our cleaners

Each of our professional cleaners is trained to follow a tri-colour cleaning system, which is designed to provide excellent results over a long period of time. Alongside this, every home is divided into 3 coloured zones, and each zone has several steps to ensure hygiene, efficiency and consistency.
