A very spacious 3 bed Penthouse apartment on 3 floors with sea views

Close to the bus & train station circa 10 minute walk/ few minutes taxi.

Short walk to the Barbican, The Waterfront, Plymouth Hoe, Drakes Circus shopping mall &the City Centre.

There is a king size bed on the mezzanine floor, a super king & double on the top floorTwo parking spaces are provided in the gated secure parking compound. Office in 4th room -x 2 desks Wifi is fast by Virgin Media .

The space

Our apartment is situated on 3 floors. Entrance hallway leads into the open plan lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining room (seats 6) with downstairs WC.The next level hosts a mezzanine Kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room.The third level - a large master super king bedroom with walk in wardrobe with a Jack & Jill bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower and Bluetooth mirror cabinet.All 3 levels have views over Plymouth Sound (the ocean)

Lock box on arrival for self check in by the gate.We have gated secured parking for 2 cars

The parking spaces are marked on the railings by the entry door to the liftLift from ground floor.All of the apartment is available including the office which sits 2 persons Please note you will need to climb stairs within the apartment

Other things to note

Everything is in walking distance , eg The Drakes Circus shopping Mall, The Box, The Barcode, The train station , the bus /coach station, the Hoe and waterfront.

You can catch a boat from The Mayflower steps to Royal William Yard, Mount Edgecumbe or to Kingsands/ Cawsands Bay.

The results of this test must be shown to the Owner (Louise Uncles). If positive then the guest must immediately leave if this is reasonably possible. If for any reason that it is not, and self-isolation is required to take place at any of our properties, then all fees for all bookings affected by this self-isolation will be borne by the guest.
